Job Summary:
The Senior Regional Dentist is responsible for the leadership and management of all professional dental work of the Dental Unit. This includes but not limited to the effective delivery of Oral Health Promotion and Oral Disease Prevention programmes in the community/district. The incumbent will review the day-to-day activities and make recommendations for improvement of the clinical services.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Training as evidence by the possession of a recognized Dentistry degree.
- Post Dentistry qualifications or experience in undertaking advanced clinical techniques.
- Minimum of seven (7) years post internship experience.
- Current registration and practicing certificates from the Dental Council of Trinidad and Tobago.
- Management training and /or experience would be an asset.
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience.
