Job Summary:
The Manager, Medical Records is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling all the activities in the Health Records department. The incumbent will conduct evaluations of departmental activities to ensure that they meet current professional standards and make recommendations for changes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc. degree in Health Information Technology or similar discipline from an accredited educational institution
- At least 10 years’ experience working in a Health Records department, of which 7 years must be in a supervisory capacity
- Advanced certification in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Power Point and Access.
