Job Summary:
The Dietitian is responsible for counseling patients who require specialized diets and advising individuals on healthy eating practices to prevent chronic diseases. The Dietitian co-ordinates with the Food Services Department to ensure that all patient dietary requirements are met.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, or similar (minimum).
- Post-Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Nutrition and/or Dietetics, sufficient to grant eligibility for professional registration in Dietetics or Nutrition.
- Registration with Nutritionists and Dietitians’ Board of the Council for Professions Related to Medicine, Trinidad and Tobago.
