Job Summary:
The Service Delivery Administrator ensures the highest quality of service to clients and end users, and ensures that the service levels are achieved. The incumbent is responsible for leveraging developed policies and procedures to process service and delivery work orders in an accurate and timely manner.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc. degree from an accredited College or University with Major course of study in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or Computer/Management Information Systems.
- A+ and ITIL Certified.
- Knowledge of ITIL standards, policies and procedures.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position.
- Training/Experience in Supply Chain Management would be an asset.
